Great with our pets. Rescue dog Charity.. skittish at first.. the staff were great with her. Treated her as one of their own family. Vet is very experienced and let's you know exactly what you need.. no up selling .. great clinic.
I have been bringing my dogs there for 20 years and wouldn't think of going to another vet, unless it was surgery that Dr. Hirsch was not able to perform. 95% of the time they were able to see you on the same day if needed. Straight to the point, no fluff. I do wish a little more information was given and sometimes I have to make more inquiries. It's the only reason I didn't give a 5. Staff is very caring who see you prior to the doctor.
Everyone is caring, loving, gentle and honest. It's not always easy to hear tough news, but they are super at meeting your needs in a caring way. 30 plus years and still happy

My cat had abscess, I called for urgent care visit and received same day appointment within an hour! Doctor and assistant are both so compassionate, caring and professional, I am so grateful! Now my cat is on his way to recovery. This is one of the best veterinary clinic!
