I am writing this review so that others can know to STAY AWAY from the grooming services.nnFirst, the business practices are extremely sketchy. I was told a price of $39 over the phone for a bath and brush. When I got there, they added $5 premium for weekend service (no one told me this ahead of time) and then pushed several additional services on me including nail grinding (apparently only nail clipping is included with the bath, despite what the website states) and conditioning. I can’t stand businesses that focus more on up selling services than understanding what the customer/pet is looking for and is usually a terrible sign of what’s to come.nnSecond and more importantly, they kept my poor pup there far longer than needed. Originally they quoted me 1 hr 30 min. 3 hours later I called for an update, they said they bathed her and then kept in a crate for the last few hours and would need another 45 minutes to actually do the services. But Lo and behold, because I called and complained, they quickly took her out of her crate and did the services within 10 minutes. I have never experienced this at any other groomer and am shocked at their treatment of pups.nnThere are so many small businesses that do a much better job and care so much more in the area. I will never return to PetSmart.
Always have what I need at this friendly, clean, easy to shop location. Everyone is super helpful and caring. I feel safe shopping here - they’re taking the proper safety precautions during this difficult time.

I was shopping at this petsmart today and they have everything I needed for my kitten I wasn't sure if they would have the medicine I needed for my kitten. But they have everything there the workers are polite and very nice. Iam soo sorry to say petco needs to upgrade everything from animals to supplies for cats & dogs etc..
My friend and I both adopted pets from here recently, my friend got a ball python and I got a leopard gecko. The staff member who helped us went above and beyond but I didn’t catch her name. She usually works on weekends and she has beautiful heart earrings and hair. She doesn’t usually work with the reptiles but she helped us out a lot. She let us take a very detailed look at all the ball pythons so that my friend could get the perfect one. She took out all 4 for my friend to look at. Once my friend made her choice the employee helped us through the paperwork and walked us through the care guides. And she answered all of our questions even if it meant asking a few other co workers. This location takes very good care of their animals. They all looked happy and healthy and I would definitely come back here for my pets needs
