I love all the staff here as they are super friendly, compassionate, and have a sense of humor.nnHowever. Yesterday I had to pick up the ashes of my now dead cat and the lady on the phone was kinda...rude?. Sounded incredibly annoyed when she answered and when I told her why I was here, she basically scoffed and said “alright I’ll have someone DEAL WITH YOU in a second” and put me on hold. Was already not a pleasant day and I have to say that really left a sour taste in my mouth. Sorry my dead cat is such an inconvenience...
