Very professional staff they really care about your pet

We are so very grateful for the professional help we receive with our rescued cats at AnimERge. The compassion, skill, and kindness they give is fantastic. We have been to see them many times in emergency situations as well as when we need checkups with their amazing specialists. We are very grateful to have them nearby and to trust them in difficult situations.

This is really a wonderful place. We were having a very difficult time making decisions about our dog and they were so patient and understanding. They were also very non-judgmental which was truly appreciated. They gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our many questions. And, they made sure to let us know they would be available to us, at any time, if we decided to change our plan.

This was our second visit to AnimERge and it was the same caring and true concern for our pets and us both times. (Two different cats.) To say I'm impressed and thankful for all involved with our pets' treatment is an understatement. Let me just say, these vets and techs don't stop moving. No matter how busy they get, they will make sure you get all the information you need in a kind and supportive manner.nThey are sensitive to each pet parent and any possible financial constraints. We were informed each step of the way on both visits. We were given a price chart the first time for possible tests and procedures, and both times given an estimate of costs for the visit. I can honestly say they do not use your heart to gouge your wallet.nEach visit we received multiple calls to update us on how our pet was doing, what the diagnosis and treatment options were, how procedures were going, and how our pets responded. We were NEVER left wondering or guessing no matter how many other arrivals there were.nI cannot stress enough how important each of their patients are to them and how each one is treated like they are the only one.nI don't know how they all do it day after day, pouring their hearts into every person, pet, and interaction, but I'm grateful for it and them.nYou just will not find a better place to bring your pet in your family's hour of need.

Staff and Specialists were all great. Care has been excellent thus far. Didn't rate 5 stars only because of longer than hoped for waiting times when you're there for an appointment but that's likely because they're so good they're very busy.
