Banfield Pet Hospital

From scheduling the appointment to answering questions following the appointment, the Banfield team was excellent. They were friendly and calm when helping multiple pets and visitors, thorough in their explanations, and handled my cat with warmth and gentleness. Thank you for helping to take a moment of concern for my pet's health to one of feeling equipped and supported!

Banfield Hospital should be ashamed of themselves!!! There main goal is to take as much as money from us as possible. My pit bull had cherry eye, they wanted $1,300( not including antibiotics)for a 20 minute removal procedure. A company named Bully Zone did the procedure for $150.Shame on you Banfield, your no true lovers of our pets just another business that are crooks.Please people look for other opinions than Banfield

This is not my first unsatisfactory interaction with Banfield and my second with a most unprofessional, complacent, condescending Dr.nnI brought my dog for a dental cleaning and advised BEFORE I even showed up that she was mistakenly fed. I was told to bring her in anyway.nnThe aforementioned Dr called me later to advise there was a problem with her liver enzymes so the cleaning could not be accomplished, that she would perform another test to determine why the enzymes were so high. She then called me back even later to say that the test could not be performed because she had eaten. She would have to be brought in the next day.nWhen I voiced my concern that my dog would be upset for yet another day unnecessarily the Dr snapped at me rudely, “ Well, if you hadn’t of fed her.” My response was that information was in the chart which she should have read BEFORE doing anything else with her. Had this had been done I would have taken her right home instead of her being there for hours. She said she didn't see it. Not a confidence booster.nnAnd even though I am in the Wellness Program I was charged over $167.00 for the bloodwork which they needed to do for the dental work.nnI then tried to call the number for the Wellness Program to get info and waited on hold for two hours with no help. So I have opted to not renew but will be ripped off for another five payments even though I have no plans to ever Go back and will have paid for a dental cleaning I will not receive.nUnfortunately, I have been ripped off but at least it will not continue.

Banfield has treated my babies until the end. Now that both have gone I know I made the right choice by having them be taken care of all the amazing staff and doctors. Thank you thank you thank you for all you did for my babies.
