Our newly adopted pup had diarrhea and this is the only place in the entire jersey city+Hoboken that accommodated us(allowed walk-ins).nThe doctor (Miriam Smith Drelich) was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns patiently and provided advice and recommendations. The attendants were also very professional and amicable.nThe doctor also called back two days in a row to check on the health status of our pup.nnThere is a waiting time involved, however, that is still better than the other places which have appointments backed up for weeks.

Dr Ariel Smith is excellent. She has treated my dog and cats and is very thorough. Nothing gets by her. I highly recommend her!

This was my pets to go place since she was a puppy , she’s now 7 and we won’t be going back. As a pet owner I knew there was something wrong as she wasn’t acting herself, she was super down and not eating much. I took her they did their routine checkup and Through the phone i was told she seemed fine and nothing was wrong. I asked if maybe i should get her vitamins due to her loss of appetite i was told if i wanted to but she seemed healthy and should continue with her regular food and they proceeded with her vaccinations that she was almost due. 2 days later i found myself in ER Vet where they told me my dog needed surgery and during her surgery they also found she had a tumor. She has now fully recovered from both procedures done but service here has changed over the years and for the price of the checkup being more expensive than the vaccinations is definitely NOT WORTH IT!

Very knowledgeable veterinarians.nnThey're doing a great job keeping people and employees safe during the pandemic.nnI recommend going maybe 90 mins after opening as the morning line thins out. Lots of people try to be first in the door. Or try the afternoon between 2-3pm. Walk-ins only except for scheduled surgeries.

The quality is okay but they don’t give appointments and will callously make you wait hours without giving any indication. There is a Doctor Schwartz who is good but the others are not worth it. Also, the price of the same medicine can fluctuate between visits. They don’t take insurance either. They will keep giving you Covid as an excuse for their unprofessionalism
