Doctors explain everything in great detail and are super nice! Staff is welcoming and nice as well. With COVID you have to wait outside to keep a safe distance at the office, as with most establishments. They offered to have my kittens wait inside so that they could stay warm. Very thoughtful. I recommend them.

Thank you so much Dr. Rodriguez, and staff for helping our sweet cat Dingo! You were so thorough, kind, and patient with us as we were so worried about him. He had been throwing up for 12 hours, and you helped stop that, as well as rehydrate him, so his fun personality came back. You also tested for all options, so we could have peace of mind about what's actually going on; We really appreciate the wonderful service, and if we ever have an emergency we will be back again. thank you!

My husband and I rushed over last night to get help for our little bunny, Cookie. We had found her laying on her side unresponsive. We called ahead and they were outside waiting to receive her as soon as we got there. The doctor and staff were incredibly compassionate and completely focused on stabilizing cookie’s condition. The doctor gave us a call to inform us of what was happening and presented us with our viable options. Due to the nature of cookies illness we made the hard decision of ending her suffering. Everyone was incredibly kind and comforting. One of the staff members even took it upon themselves to decorate her box. Overall, I highly recommend this vet hospital due to the quality of care and attentiveness, not only to the pets but owners as well.

They genuinely care about your pet! Our normal vet was closed and they recommended we call here. They were full up for a few days but the lady I spoke to was so kind and booked us their first available appointment just in case we couldn’t get in at another vet before then.nnThen the lovely lady I spoke to called me back to make sure I knew our normal vet was open on Saturdays and recommended I try there again tomorrow.nnThen she called AGAIN hours later when they unexpectedly had a spot open up the same day and we were able to have our pet seen that day.nnThey really went above and beyond for us and our pet. They could have just booked the first available appointment and left it at that, but they kept us in mind and went out of their way to make sure our pet was seen as soon as possible.

I really like the staff and doctors who work here, they're clear, concise and caring. I especially like Dr. Doyle for being willing to answer every question for a new cat mom like myself. It's never difficult to make an appointment here and they always get you in and out quickly.
