My wife could not have been more thrilled with the bouquet quality from Needham Florist. Like so many, our home is in a COVID quarantine and we could use some vibrant, fresh color to help. Wow, did they deliver! My wife feels these are some of the best flowers she has ever received.
The service could not have been any better! I wanted to send something special to a friend who lives in assisted living. Julie was very kind and patient and made helpful suggestions. Not only that, within a couple of minutes she had sent a picture and informed me the item was already with the driver going for delivery! I will definitely keep Needham Florist in my contacts and use them again in the future!
The team at Needham Florist are genuine caring people, and will work to help you find a selection in your price range and desired aesthetic. I recommend calling to place an order, describing what you like. (Do not take their website as an indication of their stock, because they have far better availability in reality.) I went back and forth with external delivery services I thought were cheaper, but it delayed my delivery by 5 days in the process. I was afraid of the price, but as it turns out, all you need to do is call and they will be happy to help you find something that suits you, and explain the generally exploitative behavior of those external services, which are often not even florists, but instead, call centers. I have purchased flowers from locations around the country for different occasions at different points in my life, and can gladly say I have never left as satisfied as I have been with Needham Florist.
Great Customer service. They were open and suggest me and was allow to personalized my order, flowers and roses fresh. Very recommended, they have delivery service and adjust to your budget. ud83dudc4c
Needham Florist exceeded our expectations for our son’s Bar Mitzvah celebration. Because of COVID our big plans changed to a much smaller, backyard venue and Needham Florist was extremely understanding to our numerous unexpected last minute changes. Not only were they so accommodating but they exceeded all of our floral expectations! The centerpieces were GORGEOUS and we received constant comments about them, everyone loved them! Even though I called to thank them, I really felt like I wanted to give them the acknowledgment they so deserve by posting a review publicly.
