Awesome veterinary practice! I believe there are 5 or 6 different veterinarians in this one practice. My doctor is Dr. Robin Wilcox and she is amazing with my cats. She is so compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have several cats and she is an expert in diagnosing, treating and advising me on the health and wellness of all of them. She takes time to sit with you and explain things, answer questions and she never makes you feel rushed. This is rare when visiting any doctor these days. I'm just so impressed with this whole group of veterinarians, the vet technicians and support staff. Megan is absolutely the best office person. She is so friendly and always eager to help with any questions or concerns and to work with me in scheduling my appointments. The building is large, very clean and there are separate areas for dogs and cats! Truly a top notch animal medical practice. Highest of recommendations!
Everyone there is so caring....as a puppy Mom, I needed that! The updates twice a day were awesome, and I know you folks are very trustworthy, great at your jobs, and all deserve a bunch of parts on the back. Keep up the good work! We'll see you soon.!
We were traveling through from out of town when our dog began to have a seizure. We called their emergency number and the on-call doc was happy to assist us. The next day we felt he would not recover as he was still having seizures. The team at Parks was so nice and consideret of our feelings in this hard time. I would highly recommend them.
The way my dogs act with these people tell me all I need to know about them. They're not very keen on meeting new people especially in new places. Both my boys walked straight up to the ladies no problems whatsoever, the one receptionist even got Beau to come over to her like it was nothing after being petrified about the tile floor(he hates slick floors).
Staff was all very helpful for my first time ever needing a vet appointment because for the first time ever I have my own little puppy to care for. They were a great first vet experience in all areas from paperwork, to the services. I will be continuing all of the vet needs as long as I have to with Parks Veterinary.
