I got a hold of Stems in the middle of last week, 4/7/2021, and they were very helpful. I have never used them before but saw they had a high rating and over 100+ reviews. I wanted a dosen roses delivered to a restaurant for my wife and I 1 year wedding anniversary. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She let me know that the delivery time was not an issue for Saturday and that they do this all the time.nnThe look from my wife’s face said it all when we showed up at the restaurant. These red and white roses looked amazing. They were huge and smelled great. I have never seen flowers like this before. I would recommend this place to anyone. The customer service and the flowers were 110%. This place was great!!
I have always been able to count on stems to come through with beautiful arrangements. Today I sent my mother a Peace Lilly, thank you for having a late cut off time for same day delivery. When it arrive it made her smile. Thank you Stems.
Absolutely wonderful service. Ordered a holiday arrangement for my husband’s parents. The arrangement was lovely and delivered as promised. We even received an email notification of delivery. My mother in-law LOVED the arrangement and said it was one of the most beautiful she had ever received! Would highly recommend this florist.
Very nice, but only thanks to Piccolo's drivers who bought the item. Stems did not know where they were, so we got a Piccolo van bringing it late. Lovely flowers. Piccolos must own Stems then. Established they do after Eden confirmed this is a corporation owned shop in Georgia. Piccolo is the same corporation as Stems.
I ordered an arrangement for my 12 year old granddaughter's birthday with one lavendar flower. The arrangement was delivered on-time with two lavendar roses and an abundance of greens! It was beautiful, and she loved it! It was above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!
