My experience was identical to Mr. Jimenez’s. Put an order online with a payment number, texted for confirmation and called multiple times. Called to order for my daughter’s birthday as they had shop hours listed from 11-4 on Saturday. Same recording “on the other line or at an event “ but you order will be processed. No flowers, no callback , no text back. I am worried that it is a scam site and it gets credit card numbers. In process of canceling my card out of caution. My advice, stay far away!!!! Been a week or so and I still cannot get info on these people. Maybe a response here would be appropriate for peace of mind and explaination for the poor business set up. Just thinking.
Love. Love. Love. This shop. Couldn't tell you how many times they have come through with beautiful flowers. Quality is good... Selection great and always willing to help out. Management is friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience EVERY. SINGLE. I live out of town and ordered through the website; which by the way, is very easy to navigate, and has an extensive choice of flowers for all different occasions. Within 5 minutes of sending my order, I received a personalized email acknowledging my order and letting me know which of the two arrangement choices I selected I would receive. Okay, when does THAT ever happen?? I ordered at 7pm the day before I wanted the flowers delivered. The recipient called the next day to tell me the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Music to my ears since I would not see the flowers in person for several days to judge for myself. When I sent an email to the owner letting her know the recipient was very pleased and said the flowers were beautiful, I received a response back thanking me for my business. This is the type of business I want to give my money to; one that does a wonderful job and appreciates that I chose them!!nnThis is the second time I have ordered flowers from the Depot. Although both of my transactions were done online, and I did not have the opportunity to speak with someone directly, I am extremely satisfied and pleased with the end result. I believe the price I paid was fair and reasonable for what I ordered. Definitely give them A++++++++
Highly unsatisfied. Ordered flowers online early this morning. Never received the flowers or notification that they weren’t going to be delivered. Tried calling and texting them throughout the day and got absolutely no response. Very unprofessional for “the #1 flower delivery in Natick”.
Amazing florist! They've been great for everything I've ever needed..Valentine's Day, funerals, proms, birthdays and now my wedding! You can't go wrong with them, their arrangements are stunning!
