Today I watched two of my friends bury their 17 yr old daughter. I am not impressed by the way you handled her internment. It felt very rushed. I was with them in the same funeral home almost 22 years ago when they lost their first baby, I’ll never forget that day, the cherry blossoms were blooming. Anyhow, you could have waited for her parents & siblings to get there before you said the final prayers and lowered her. it was cold and they had to walk a mile. we actually lost you long the way luckily some of us knew where to go.
Great to work with in time in time of need for quick schedules from service to the end of the cremation and other special request.
Disappointed! I feel because I opted for cremation and did not schedule a service, due to Covid19, therefore not paying extra money, I was not treated very respectfully. Missing personal items that should have been given to me, they did not explain military honors. The worst life event happened and White Funeral Home did not help.
Our experience with White Funeral Home in Burnsville was top notch. Our family was treated with such compassion and professionalism. Any question or request was handled immediately. I would highly reccomend their services to anyone facing the very difficult task of losing someone you love. From our first visit to the end of the funeral, everything was taken care of.
Was told I would receive a call back on Sunday to speak with a funeral director. It is now Tuesday and no one has returned my call. Way to leave someone hanging in their time of need. Very disappointing.
