Friendly and fun staff, they show obvious dedication and care for the customers and the products, i love this store! I just hope the employees are well compensated for all of there great work and dedication.
Avoid this location if you can!! I placed a valentine's delivery order for over 150$ in merchandise. I didn't get anything I ordered. Just a small sleeve of someone else's strawberries. And even that didn't show up til after I was in bed. I should've read the reviews first. Don't give these people your service. I'm yet waiting on a refund, or email response.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. arrangements were very creative. Great for gifts, for all ages.
Poor service and communication. Twice they tried to deliver after 10pm... I paid for same day delivery and 2 days later it still has not come. All but one phone call attempts went to voicemail. The delivery logistics need vast improvements, we waited at home so we would not miss the delivery and wasted time in doing so. Update: Changed to 2 stars. They contacted me after leaving a voicemail to cancel the order and were able to help me with that and apologized for the trouble.
We bought edible arrangements for our vet clinic. Our dog passed last week and Brenda was very kind and compassionate towards us today. Thank you so much for your great service and kindness. We will shop at this location again. Chocolate fruit was amazing. Thank you!
