I called and asked for a baby boy arrangement with a balloon. I was told they had no balloons but could do one little balloon on a stick. I said ok. She asked me how much i wanted to spend. I said $50.. she said no problem and said the delivery fee would be an extra $10.99 (1-2 mile drive to the hospital). I said ok. total 61.00 plus tax. Well i just got my CC bill.. they charged me over $85.. I looked at the itemized bill.. They charged me an additional $19.95 for the tiny balloon on a stick.. seriously... ugh!!!!! NEVER AGAIN....
I live in Sydney, Australia and have family in Augusta. This florist provides the best service and sends beautiful flowers. I highly recommend using them.
