I have been a client of Hilltop Veterinary Services in Lamar IN for well over a decade now, and I find this unique, smaller veterinary practice to be an incredible ‘find!’ Dr Kennedy and his staff provide economy and cutting edge Veterinary medicine as well as they make the utmost effort to get their clientele seen on sometimes short notice. This practice is for small and large animals such as farm critters too. Kennedy is awesome....and “No” he didnt pay me to say this! ud83dude0b

Have gone to Dr. Kennedy for numerous years, big and small animals. Dr. Kennedy is WONDERFUL. HOWEVER, the front desk people are absolutely the rudest women I have ever encountered. After 10 years of being a loyal customer we are moving our animals to a different vet ONLY BECAUSE of the rude receptionists. THE ONLY fault Dr. Kennedy has is hiring the rude employees.

Dr. Kennedy and his staff are kind and caring to the fur babies left in their charge. They include humans in their kind treatment, as well. Thank you, everyone at Hilltop Veterinary Service! You are appreciated!nnAugust 27, 2020nI have an appointment to take a stray kitty to Dr. Kennedy late September. I called to ask if it would be safe, due to possible fleas, etc., to bring the kitten inside until her appointment. (We have other indoor kitties)nGeeezzzzz! I am shocked at the disrespectful attitude of Dr.nKennedy's receptionist! She is demeaning to clients of Dr. Kennedy's . I called back to ask if there was someone I could speak with, who may be kinder, but was asked what I needed. I told the receptionist with no name, evidently, that I believe in kindness, and would appreciate the same respect. She did answer my question, but she sure ruined my day.nI suffer from PTSD due to military, and man, I felt attacked.nDr. Kennedy is a wonderful Vet, but his receptionists need customer service training for fur babies and their pets.
