My sister and I met Katie and Chris at a bridal expo in February 2019 and immediately fell in love with them and their product! The fact that they are a local, family-owned business had me sold from the beginning. The fact that they grow everything from seeds and design all arrangements had me in awe...it really felt as though they loved every piece of the journey for my wedding flowers!nKatie handled all of the back and forth with me like a pro! I had A LOT of questions and she was prompt and available for me.nKatie also last minute handled the additional design of my wedding arch and it was BEAUTIFUL! The dried grasses and pumpkins/gourds were gorgeous and my guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful everything was (and planning to take pumpkins/gourds and center pieces home!)nI will recommend Proclamation Flowers over and over and over again! I couldn’t be more happy with how everything for my wedding turned out, from bouquets to boutonnieres to center pieces to the arch, pumpkins and gourds. Katie captured my wedding view perfectly in every way! Thank you!!

What a treat! An hour+ drive to cut our own flowers? But there you have it. Proclamation Flowers has done what so many have and pivoted to allow individual groups to spend 30 minutes filling two buckets of cut flowers from their lush beds. You book the time and have the gardens to yourselves. It was delightful. We had our three grandchildren as well as and they took such joy in cutting bouquets for their rooms. There’s a great little ice cream shop in Wilmington for before or after.

I bought a couple of bouquets online and the ordering process is amazing. As someone who doesn’t know much about flowers, they made it so easy for me to order! I was able to let them make the choices about what would look good and which flowers to use, which was a relief for me! It also seemed like it’d be just as easy to customize the bouquet if you knew exactly what you wanted. They replied quickly to my order request and everything went smoothly. The recipients of the bouquets loved them and were so happy to receive them. =)

Hello my name is Kayla!! I just got married back in September of 2019!! I had first met the owner (Katie) of Proclamation Flowers at a bridal expo earlier that year. I was a bit overwhelmed because I had not yet had a florist and had already spoken with a couple previous the bridal expo and just was not happy with how things were going. After speaking with Katie at the bridal expo, something she said just resonated in me. I found the information her and her husband gave me and emailed her right away. I could go on and on about Katie and how wonderful she was to work with. I could not believe that she gave me her personal cell to text her. It was very kind and thoughtful of her to go out of her way and do this. Any ideas I had I could send them to her and she would say I could that but say what about throwing this flower or this greenery in there and I would say I never thought about that, but that sounds amazing. She even went out of her way to meet with me and show me center pieces and bouquets she has done and what little touches she did to make it more what each bride/person envisioned it to be. She was great at responding back to me when ever I emailed her or texted her. Her work is simply amazing. I wanted a simple yet classy, elegant look to everything and she went way above and beyond what I envisioned it to be. It looked better than what I envisioned. I would recommend her to anyone I know getting married. She simply does amazing work, you will not be disappointed.
