This Vets office has done such an amazing job looking over my fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone who has fur babies. I take all mine there. Dogs and Guinea pigs.
We've been going to SmartVet for nearly four years and each and every time we are provided with the best care. From our pup to our kitty, the entire staff is amazing with how they treat our pets. Not only are they all professional, but also very sweet and knowledgeable leaving us well informed after every visit. Whether it's a routine check-up or emergency surgery we'll always keep coming back to SmartVet as long as they're around. For anyone in the McLean County area we highly recommend their veterinary services.
I absolutely love SmartVet. My pup has anxiety so taking her to the vet is always hard on her (and me!). She is still anxious when she has to get a shot, etc but it is SO much better having the vet come to our home. Additionally, two different doctors have seen her and they are both wonderful. Their assistant is awesome too. I really can't say enough good things about this service.
The staff was friendly and really listened. The vet did not rush things and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!
I had a time crunch pop up for my cats, and they were able to see me on short notice. They were fantastic, treated my cats like they were their own, and charged a fair price. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be using them again!
