Highland does an incredible job with our dogs from routine care to procedures. they explain everything and give you, the pet owner all of your options and help you to decide what is best for the care of your animal companions. They go out of there way to ensure the best care possible in any situation. I would give them 10 starts if it were possible.

Honestly, I cannot think of one thing that they could have improved on. This was our first visit, and we felt understood, loved, and cared for. The tech was detailed during our check in, which included a rough estimate. The vet was thorough and really listened to things I added in which impacted the outcome of the appointment. They addressed the reason we came, but they also gave eye to overall health and well being. Our total charges were only $58 over the estimate, and I was aware of those before delivered. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Highland Pet Hospital! I took my dog in to the Prompt Care for the first time yesterday as a new patient. The staff accommodated my schedule and was so friendly the second I arrived. They have a fabulous iPad system so I could call in to the appointment while my pup was inside. They answered all my questions and were so nice and supportive the entire time. Their follow up is amazing and they took great care of my very nervous boy. I am so lucky to have found this vet!!!

They've taken good care of our fur baby for a reasonable price every time we've been there. Sometimes wait times get long if another pet needs emergency care, but we'd want the same care for our cat in an emergency, so no complaints here! Thanks Highland for taking care of Jack Jack.

Our poor Yoda passed away today I'm not gonna lie I've never had a big dog pass away. I had no clue what to do. I called them and they took control let me know what my options were. Mind you I was emotional wreck and they offered support basically a shoulder to lean on. They treated my family member like it was one of their own. Let my wife pet him before they took him. Offered not moral support. Not gonna lie think they earned a lifetime customer. When and if we get another 4 legged family member. Once again I cannot thank all of you as much as I want to.nnAbby you was awesome BTW YOU HELP!!!!! Much love to all of you who has to see some of us people at our worse thanks again.
