I brought my very sick cat to them in 2020. I believe she was suffering from a stroke. When I brought her in they did not give me great advice and decided to give her a rabies shot without my consent. This poor cat was on the brink of death and they added more things to her system. I wish they would have given me better advice and actually talked about things before executing them.
Very impressed after first visit with my Puppy!! Everyone was very kind and helpful, I really appreciate the time they took with me and look forward to having them help on my journey to having a healthy and happy puppy!
The service was great and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly, caring, informative and very professional. This will be my go too spot for my puppy. Thanks so much!
Been using Dr Tatro for a very long time. I was reminded why yesterday when I called them in tears after my dog busted through a door to get to me on my way to work. This was never a problem before the stupid lockdowns, and I was about ready to drive myself off a cliff for being such a terrible father. Fairway Knolls gave us better solutions
My dog is a little....weird. and they are WONDERFUL with him. So patient and understanding. Im very happy with the way they treat my dog and their customer service in general!
