I judge any professional, Veterinarian by how they handle the difficult times. Dr. Pat has always been terrific. Most difficult time is saying good bye to a pet. After Christmas, awoke to realize my 15 year old Brittany Scout was time to say good bye. That morning with Scout in my lap I said the long good bye to my friend. Difficult time, Dr. showed his skill, compassion and kindness. Thank you Dr. Pat and staff. Highly recommend.
I love Dr Schaele. He's awesome. When our cat died of old age, they sent us a condolences card. They have more reasonable rates than other vets in the area.
If you enjoy waiting 40 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, then this is the place for you. Not has it happened once or twice, but THREE times. When I call for an update, they say “oh just a couple of minutes”. The least they could do is be a little more transparent with their customers that they’re running behind. It’s a shame, we took all 3 pets here and liked this place to begin with and the convenience of being close to our home, but we will not be returning as clients.
Love this office and the doctor. The office took my emergency appointment after my German shepherd ate rib bones. I’m never felt more reassured that she was going to be okay. The staff was so helpful and the doctor was amazing. He even called my soon to be fiancé at the time to reassure her that our dog is okay and that we can go away for the weekend. This was the weekend I proposed. They saved the day!
Sweetest, nicest, and most supportive staff. My cats have had the best care. We just had them neutered and them came home without any issues. They kept me updated before and after surgery. At pick up , they walked me through everything answered all my questions and I felt so comfortable taking my cats home.
