Ronald Price

Dr. Ronald is a wonderful vet and has taken care of my pets for many years. He has excellent judgment and is very skilled and compassionate. The staff is caring and friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

First off, I live in Evanston and travel all the way to Buffalo Grove for my dog to be taken care of. I think that says enough.nnThere are two reasons for why this place gets 2 stars: 1.) my dog has been seizure free for at least 2-3 years and 2.) dr. Carlson and the lady who has the red hair and an older woman are the only nice and competent people here.nnEvery other associate is either rude or incompetent. The people who work the front desk don't know what the heck they are doing. They really don't. Ashley is one of the rudest people I've met. I tried ordering medicine for my dog and she gave me so much attitude. I have had numerous bad experiences here. I want to switch vets but I don't because I don't want anything happening to my little boy. dr. Carlson always orders blood tests for my dog which are very expensive. The doctor claims he has only ordered one blood test, but I have paid for many more than that. My dog had a blood test in August for teeth cleaning (yes for teeth cleaning because anesthesia is used) then one in September. they never call to let me know of the results which is exactly what upsets me. I asked for my results two times and I still have not heard back from them. I AM SICK OF THE SERVICE THAT ASHLEIGH AND SARAH PROMISE BUT NEVER DELIVER!nnI love my dog so I want him to have the best but I have stopped coming here because of the horrible customer service.
