This was my first time calling Bill at Petals Floral Design. Bill was a pleasure from the moment we spoke. He cared to know about the person the arrangement was going to. He knows his flowers like no other. I know Bill will do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend using this florist - you won't be disappointed. They go above and beyond, they truly care about the craft and artistry that goes into floral design. If you don't want a cookie cutter floral arrangement - Bill and Petals is your only place to go!
