Hello, I just want to let you know how disappointed I am with these flowers my husband got me for my birthday. The first day they were beautiful. But within the next day they were completely dying! I tried to give them fresh water but it was IMPOSSIBLE with the stuff you put inside making it so impossible to add anything to try and save these beautiful flowers that once were nice. I will make sure my husband never purchases from this place again. I could have bought my own flowers at JEWEL OSCO for a much better price, an exact same vase and more long lasting flowers! If I could give a zero I would...I placed an order to be picked up today, 11/24, because the girl told me they wouldn’t be open on the 25th for the holiday...I paid in advance and never received a call or notification of any changes...I came to pick up the order today and this was on the door. I better get a refund and this is horrible customer service! Horrible! I tried to call multiple times, but the call gets disconnected immediately, so no way to leave a message either. I understand when places are closed with everything going on with COVID, however, not notifying people who are expecting to pick up orders is completely unacceptable...period. I will be reporting this.
