Recently took Bunny in and found she needed a surgery, they made me feel completely comfortable about the whole process. Doctor Staudenmaier was very compassionate, staff members I dealt with were extremely friendly. Knew she was in the right hands after initial consult. I know there are no certainties in life, but after going through the whole ordeal I would do it the same way again. Thank you all for your kindness.
This place has been amazing to my sugar glider, and I love that Dr. Ness has so much experience with them. The whole staff are always so caring and responsive to any issues. For an exotic vet the prices are not astronomical either.
I took one of my youngest ball pythons here for an exam and some testing. Needless to say, the vet took her in, did an exam, and in about 20 minutes called me in my vehicle and gave me a detailed description of their recommendations. The service they provided to us was amazing. Too soon to tell if the treatment provided worked, but will update as soon as I can.
My whole family and I have taken our exotic pets to this clinic for years. Dr Ness and staff have saved my pets from serious illness. They have seen my animal family through their lifetime and been there for us at end of life. I highly recommend these skilled professionals from veterinarians to veterinarian technicians. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. They validate your nervousness and concerns for your animal's condition. I am very thankful that they are in our Chicagoland community. I travel 30 minutes to take my animals to them.
