Kim and her team did an amazing job of putting together a flower basket for my mom’s birthday. Customer service is amazing. They communicated with me the entire time and helped come up with a design from multiple pictures I sent over. Beautiful arrangement and I highly recommend!!
Flowers of Lisle did a wonderful job with my rustic, leafy bridal bouquet. The wonderful woman on the phone was so patient with me as I called several times to amend my vision. She even spray painted parts of my bouquet to match the color of the groom’s tuxedo. I was greatly impressed with the customer service and attention to detail.
They go above and beyond to make the day perfect and extra special. Even the simple single roses for the mothers were done up with ribbon and pearls. I highly recommend!!!!
Today, I ordered a same-day birthday arrangement from Flowers of Lisle. The staff was kind and accommodating; they seemed invested in getting it right. Not only was I stunned by the quality of the flowers, but my sister was beyond thrilled with the quality of her arrangement, as well. I could not have been happier with my experience. I highly recommend this florist!
I called on Monday about an arrangement to order-the lady was very nice! However, when I went in today to place the order, the lady at the desk was INCREDIBLY RUDE and acted as though I was bothering her...she was very unwelcoming, condescending and unhelpful with every part of the interaction. I told her I did not know anything about flowers and described what I wanted the arrangement to look like...she was telling me it had to come in a vase, even though there were other options there...she offered zero suggestions and just kept telling me this was going to cost me and that was going to cost me. She should NOT be representing that shop in any way. I left and went to a different florist.
