I saved 320 dollars for my dogs spade surgery. Anyone on disability and social security knows how hard that is to do on a tight budget. I was quoted 250 plus 70 for pain meds. Now they want to call me 3 different times to try and make me pay for a 55 dollar chip, then they called for a reorder of heartworm for another 45 dollars, then the straw that broke the camels back is the third time they called to try and get me to pay another 91 dollars for IV fluids thar should be included in the surgery. They used the excuse that her proteins are high, something that can be remedied with pedialight. I don't know why they keep calling me for more money when they are supposed to administer it during surgery. I believe the care at Cortland Hospital has gone under and now just like sycamore hospital the bottom line is money. I am already worried about my Daisy for the surgery itself but to put this added on stress for the greed is way beyond my liking. Time to find another vet I guess.

This is my go to vet for my X-rays and ultrasounds. I’m a breeder but my regular vet has outdated equipment. This office and the Vet are so sweet. Not only does the vet do the X-ray but she gives my girls a full check up. I highly recommend them

I called about my dog getting very sick and they were very rude to my wife and I. They didn't ask any questions about our dog all they were concerned about was money and if we had papers for our dog. They did this to our other dog as well we brought her they said her gums were pink so nothing they can do,they sent her home with us and she died shortly after.

Fantastic team of veteranians, techs, and staff. They are so loving to our cats. We moved to another town and still continue to come back to Cortland Animal Hospital due to the unmatched quality of care that they provide.
