They are some of the best vets and staff around. Very compassionate about all the animals they see and treat. They helped my son and I when we had to put our dog Rocky to sleep. They made it very easy and as comfortable as possible.

I trust my cat to this incredible Team of vets and staff. I am very comfortable that my cat is taken care of with the best love and care that I give her. I have been bringing my pets to Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital for almost two decades. Dr. House and Dr. Williams are particularly wonderful, but I think all of the veterinarians and assistants are amazing. I would give 6 stars if I could! Sincerely, Teresa and Rob Stenzel.
I deeply regret bringing my precious sick kitty here to be put to sleep. They handled things poorly, totally traumatizing her shortly before procedure. I trusted them to give quality care when I wasn’t thinking clearly but that’s not how it turned out. HEAH wouldn’t even reimburse me a small amount to give me some peace about what happened. Obviously their priority is NOT pets and their owners. This shows their main focus is MONEY like the other negative reviews state
I’ve had a great experience with them. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and was getting treated at a different facility. A vet from the Hoffman hospital would always call me the same day and follow up to see how things were going.
