We are aware of the past videos and news, but have been boarding our dog here for years. She has special behavioral requirements and they are extremely welcoming to our dog and accommodating. She can not be with other dogs and they take the time to give her individual attention.
Great place to bring your dog for doggy daycare or an over night stay. Very friendly staff.
It was great. The people there helped me with any question I had of any pets that I had questions for. They were very kind. And I like that very much. They take care of the animals properly.
I saw a video of a one Cheryl A Rochleau, a “trainer” forcing a young German Shepherd to walk on a treadmill. Despite the dog being physically exhausted as evident in the video, she forcibly tried to make the dog continue. When the dog didn’t comply, she pulled him off the treadmill by the leash, and swung the dog with enough force that all four of his paws came of the ground. This woman should too be forced to walk on a treadmill to exhaustion, while wearing a collar and a leash. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting.nnBe forewarned!
The place is excellent. The staff is very dedicated and makes sure that the dogs get their food and exercise with group play. The grooming is also top notch. They love dogs. They do both daycare and multi-day stays.nnThe place can be on the expensive side, but you do get what you pay for! Our dogs had a wonderful weekend stay including a grooming at the end. High marks.
