West Lake Animal Hospital has the most caring and kindest staff than any other vet I have ever taken my pets to for care. They are all so kindhearted, knowledgeable, trustworthy, sympathetic and compassionate when it comes to our fur babies. Our oldest fur baby, Bella, had been sick for a long time and Dr. Janet Hill had been taking great care of her . We recently moved to Missouri from Springfield, IL but when Bella's condition worsened, we did not hesitate to drive 6 hours to take her to see Dr. Hill. We knew she was fully aware of Bella's conditions and would know exactly what to do with her. I love the staff at West Lake Animal Hospital and so will you....and your pets.
Dr. Hill and her team are wonderful. They are so good with my cat Milo aka Bubba. They always take time to go over everything with me after his appointments. Milo may not enjoy the ride there, but loves the attention when he gets there. They are so caring, kind and professional.

Dr. Hill is a loving and caring vet. She will always answer any question you have. She shows love to all her animal patients that helps keep them calm.nHer staff is loving and caring with the animals also. You will not find a better Animal Vet/Hospital. We have been taking are dogs to West Lake Animal Hospital for over 30 years. Great vets and great staff, love them all.
I have brought my two dogs and cats here. They have done very well! The vets are great at making sure to calm down nervous animals. The price has been very reasonable. They have been very helpful and I will be bringing my pets here for all issues.
