The price estimate ended up being cheaper than quoted......nice surprise and unusual. They took good care of my baby and called to say she did well during surgery. I will recommend Veterinary Services of Rochester to all our friends and family.
The staff is wonderful, and the care if great! The prices are not bad there either. You feel like they genuinely care about your pet as much as you do.
Let's be honest, Rochester needs Vets and those that actually care about our pets and Dr Ostenmeier (sp?) hit every one of those on my checklist. Because she's primarily based in Chatham but comes here once a week to see Rochester patients it's great to have someone that really listens and wants to help your pet. Not only that, but more importantly you won't find a more affordable visit fee as she's stated she wants to be as low cost as possible. She even recommended another Dr in Springfield when it came to a procedure to check out for my dog with a torn ACL. Grade A service.
Great services. Answered all my questions. Staff is friendly and knowlegable. I would recommend to anyone.
