I'm only giving this one star because it makes me. This is possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. I ordered a Father's Day gift (super expensive) THREE WEEKS in advance for a pickup on Father's Day. I arrived at the store right on time and it was dark and clearly locked. I called customer service and they didn't understand why it was closed. They refunded my order thankfully, but I was left with nothing for my dad on his special day. I tried to call the store directly, but it went straight to voicemail with no way to leave a message. I will NEVER be coming back to this store.
I made a quick decision to have a delivery made as a thank you to someone out of state. I placed the order, chose a shop, and within 3 hours the entire arrangement was created and delivered with the same quality I have always received at Edible Arrangements. Even with a heat wave of over 90 degrees, the fruit was cool and fresh. Thank you Edible Arrangements.
Very nice ppl everytime I have to go in person! I had someone go grab something for me today and they also said the gentleman was very nice and was very patient, they were out of the boxes the strawberries come in and without even asking he said he could do a little discount!! To me that’s great service when most places you have to ask and is the right thing to do!! Thank you sir!! Excellent service and customer service I wish more businesses were this way!!
Purchased an arrangement for a friend and her daughter's devoured it before she really had a chance to try it. She said they loved. Always the freshest fruit. Can never go wrong.
The arrangement was beautiful and tasted yummy. The employees at the store were very helpful with delivery information. They even took the time to call the driver. I'm very happy with this stores service.
