It was magnificent and they actually called to ask if I would like it delivered same day at no additional cost. This was a gift for a family member that lost someone and she absolutely loved it. It looks almost exactly like the FTD photo (which can be hit or miss). Overall very very happy with the customer service, presentation and delivery.

My Mom said the flowers she received was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen. It really made her happy which was the goal. Eckert Florist does such amazing work which is why they are the only florist I use.
