I took my dog to the groomer and he got kenneled. 5.5 hours later and I’m still waiting. They don’t answer the phone, the doors are locked, and I’m afraid I’m never going to see my dog again.
The kind and efficient staff do a great job supporting my sweet old dog who can't stand on three legs for a nail grinding. They make quick work of it so her stress is minimized.
I brought my standard poodle in to be groomed and she came back looking worse than when I dropped her off they missed spots all over and completely ruined her lines, she would have looked better with just a bath.not only that but she came back distressed and dehydrated and has sores on her tail. All the good groomers have left and I see why. This is unacceptable. I’ve sent them photos and everything. Their final decision was a $10 credit towards her next groom.nThis experience makes me contemplate a place like petco where you can see the dogs being groomed and they cannot Mistreat dogs behind your back.nIf you have any questions about her state she was groomed two weeks prior so she really just needed a touch up. :(
Not only a great doggie daycare, but if you are a frequent flyer like us, it's a great little community of pet people to be involved with.
