I could give 10 stars, and it may still not reflect how much I love and appreciate Kindness Vets and staff.nnOur dog Ella was being boarded while we traveled over Spring Break, and possibly in her last few days because of a tumor that was bleeding into her stomach, an enlarged heart valve that had caused her trachea to move and be somewhat restricted, in addition to general ongoing intestinal issues. We weren't sure what we were going to come back to.nnShe had her 12th birthday while we were gone and we called to ask them to sing Happy Birthday to her for us, and THEY DID ALL OF THIS to make her and us feel extra special and well loved. Ella was unfortunately a very regular customer and knew all of the staff very well.nnWe had to put Ella down a few days ago and I couldn't have been more thankful for having Kindness as Ella's loving care provider.
Was referred to kindness pet clinic by friends because of their experience. Kindness pet clinic performed surgery on one of my pets. You could not ask for a better vet or care team. Front desk associates are super helpful and care along with the rest of the team. Worth the drive from des moines.
Super KIND people who work here. They were great with getting us in quickly. We'll continue to drive all the way 30 min away to take our pets here.
