The Smith family took great care of us as we planned the funeral for our dad. The entire time we engaged with them I felt like they genuinely cared, and this was not just a business transaction for them. They were kind and caring and answered questions sensitively without rushing. We also made the decision not to do a visitation due to COVID, and they still gave us the option to come and view privately. They assisted us in a difficult task of sharing family photos online for those who could not attend. The online showing of the funeral mass was also greatly appreciated by all of our loved ones far away. I will never forget this interaction with Smith Funeral home, and I am thankful for their service.

Staff were all very friendly and easy to discuss ideas and needs with. Very cooperative in meeting our individual needs and available for any questions we had. All the issues that are needed in saying goodbye to your loved one are met by their big array of services offered by this family like atmosphere even in after service needs that may pop up. This was my 2nd love one in a year and half and both times the same excellent care taken highly recommend these folks to anyone needing them

Our family is very grateful to the staff at Smith’s Funeral Home for the help and support they have provided our family throughout the years during the loss of a loved one. Most recently following the death of our son. They helped us through this very difficult time by not only being compassionate and caring but also taking care of several tasks on our behalf that are required at the time of a death. Knowing those tasks were being completed lessened the burden on our family and allowed us to concentrate on more important things and spend more time with our family. Their service doesn’t end with the funeral. It continues months past the loss of our loved one. We have received contacts from Smith’s to see how we are doing during the grieving process and they have asked if there is any way they can assist us. That goes beyond great customer service. We consider them friends.
