I have gone to Bates Flowers by Design for many gifts over the past 4 years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of the items I receive. This year the team put together an amazing Easter basket for me to give as a gift, and then pulled together a wonderful and creative mother’s day present as well.nI am most excited to be working with them for my wedding in September. The Floral design knowledge at Bates is incredible, and the designer is up to date on trends. They are also extremely affordable when compared to other quotes for my wedding. They were happy to work within my budget and find ways to get me the aesthetic I want. I can’t wait to continue to work with Stephanie for my big event and see the finished product.

Stephanie went through so much work to make sure we got everything we wanted for our special day. The time and attention she gave us was beyond expectation and we are so grateful for how she made it possible for us to focus on us, and not on us having to adapt for a Covid wedding. Well done!

I had to reschedule my wedding for next year thanks to COVID, from the date to the venue and number of guests we are having. I know I am just one of many, many brides Stephanie is working with to make our wedding dreams happen, and I couldn't be happier with all the consulting and research she has done to make sure we get the look we want for the best price, especially with as busy as she is. It is very obvious to me why they do all the weddings in the area; with the lengths they go to for their brides, it's no wonder this store has been around so long! Stephanie's honesty with pricing is something that you don't see every day from wedding vendors, and was a very welcome surprise. If you are getting married, my advice would be to not waste your time looking elsewhere. This florist actually knows what's trending for brides my age, and cares about her clients.
