Bottom line: If you need a florist in the Columbus/Phenix City area - Bloomwoods is the ONLY choice - they are amazing!nnCommunication: fast, frequent, and exceptional.nnCustomer Service: literally out of this world. The owner, Kim, went above and beyond multiple times, in ways I can't even believe. Irene and Marie worked hard to make everything possible (and perfect). Bloomwoods truly cares about their customers, I felt like family right away and their customer service is unmatched!!!nnEnd result: Perfection! I dropped off a Braves Hat and ball (my Uncle was an avid fan) and asked them to create a standing spray - the end result exceeded my expectations.nnEven though I read all of the fantastic Google reviews and chose Bloomwoods based on that - I am still floored at just how exceptional my experience was! Thank you a million times Bloomwoods, I am now a loyal customer.

Bloomwoods Flowers & Gifts is absolutely phenomenal. We hired Bloomwoods as our florists for our wedding and Irene and Kim went above and beyond in every aspect. From their excellent kindness and communication to their spectacular creativity and design, Bloomwoods exceeded our expectations. They truly take their time to get to know their clients, to include you in their creativity process, and to provide the utmost product. They were always accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions or changed small details. Not to mention that their day of execution, set up, and designs were wonderful! They are the best in town and we are so grateful they were part of our wedding day!

When Bloomwoods sent me a photo before delivering the flowers, I told them that I had not been specific enough as to what kind of arrangement I had in mind. They made another! It was beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. I give five stars for artistry and five stars for customer service.
