Great customer service. Beautiful arrangement for our daughter.....
There is no better florist in Auburn than Stanley. He has been doing beautiful work for my family through babies, weddings, graduations, bridge parties and funerals. I’m grateful for the beauty he has brought to our special occasions for almost 40 years.
Been in there several times over Christmas and no one once greeted me or offered to help. When I checked out she never spoke or even said thank you. Just walked away.
I am out of town working at a Hospital in a city that has restrictions on leaving and coming due to COVID, so I am away for my daughters 17th birthday. Therefore, as a father would, I ordered flowers days prior to her B-day only to be told the flowers I had ordered has not blossomed, at 12 noon the day of her birthday. The original request was to be delivered in the morning due to her long events for the day. I was offered to get something else or cancel! ud83dude02. The Caveat now that the truck is already out it may get there the next day! ud83dude02ud83dude02. These folks are genius! Don’t trust your special days or event on these folks, if it does not matter to you, then by all means go for it! 0 stars from me! Now I have to do the worst thing I always hate is send her money! Thanks Flower Store! Your awesome! Never again....
