Since I was on a business tripnI put in order on Tuesday for Thursday Valentines delivery for my wife.nThey called and confirmed the day i made the purchase through website for my 3 digit cvv code.nThis morning i called just to confirm.nNo one would answer the phone mail box is full and i called and called.nAnd the flowers are not deliverednThis is a scam!!! I want my money back andnWho will compensate for ruining her valentine!!nWill never do businesses with this folks!!n---UPDATE--nAt 6:23PM finally got someone answering the phone. He said they are still making the deliveries.n8:55PM it got delivered.. see actual compare to ordered
I ordered two separate bouquets for my mother who just had open heart surgery for the second time, hence the TWO bouquets. Each card I sent with the bouquets had significance to the other, one made no sense without the other. I ordered online both with unique vases that could be kept. She received one bouquet , it did not resemble either of the two I purchased! I called the same day to make sure they would be delivered and no one told me they did not have these two bouquets, all they asked for was my cvv #. Someone could have let me know! This is an absolute fail!! You should be ashamed of your handling of this personal moment in this families life!
I purchased a arrangement for my father for Fathers Day & it wasn't expensive Ms. Lux did a wonderful job I'll purchase something else again from here.
