Kathy was the person who answered the phone when I called. I could tell right away she cares about her customers. I wanted to her some flowers for a friend who lost a parent and she was more than happy to help and made some great suggestions. Great service! Highly recommend.

I called them at the last minute, on Valentine’s Day, to deliver flowers to my daughter. I had a few special request they filled them. I thought the arrangement was pricey but the customer service was great!!!
I wanted some brightly colored flowers to cheer up my best friend. I wanted to make sure they were fresh and beautiful. I saw just the ones I liked on their webpage and gave them a call this morning. They didn't have anything like that one already made up, but the wonderful lady I talked to said she would make one right up. And they were closing in an hour and she still had to contact the delivery van. My friend said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. I am more than satisfied with this flower shop and will definitely use it again.
