Ordered flowers 3 days in advance for my wife’s birthday, called on the day they were to be delivered and he said they were getting ready to leave with them, 3 hours later they aren’t here and when I call the voicemail says they’re now closed for the next 5 days for a wedding, no phone calls or anything about why I didn’t get my flowers and they still charged me
