The staff is kind and friendly, very helpful too. The Vet was great, he was patient with us as we had a list of questions about our puppies. And the puppies got a treat! Great place!
Long before taking my pet for a consultation, I asked about the cost of the appointment and once I brought it, the price was strange. However, the unfortunate thing about the place is not even the desire to collect extra money, but the irresponsibility of its procedures. They didn’t listen to me about the symptoms that my cat presented and they dedicated themselves to doing, applying and saying how many things they could think of to justify the charges on the bill. They don’t take care of the animal, they don’t have seriousness or responsibility with the health and life of the animals. I found them insensitive and interested only in their financial gain. I would never return, it is better to go to a place further away but where they do care about the health and life of pets.
Great staff and drs. as well too..nVery well cleaned up of the waiting room and also the exam room are very take care of.
Really great Vets & Techs!! They care about the animals and it shows in their actions. Very personable have catered to my dog's quirks for years now. Definitely recommend giving them a visit!
Please do yourself a huge favor and turn away from visiting this place. Their first priority is to get you back consistently so you stack up a bill with them. I recently took my 4 month old puppy for her 3rd visit there since we adopted her and every time we go the practicing doctor is not present the technician take the puppie close the door and return within 5 min stating that in addition to what the purpose of the visit they did (this and that ) -of course with a fee for the extra service .nnThe place is far from sanitary and the staff is sketchy. There is no organization and every time I showed up for my appointment they could never find my file. I ignored the negative reviews when I first came here but please if you love your pet go somewhere else. It’s not worth your business or time.
