The customer service is not professional. It is all about the money! When the vet calls after doing something with your animal you have to ask how it went. The first thing that comes out her mouth is you still owe. It is not the point about the cost of things. I don’t mind paying anything for my animals. It is the way this clinic acts as if that is the only thing they worry about anymore. I will not go back after many years. They have changed.

My chiweenie hurt his back and the MERRITTS CREEK VETERINARIAN CENTER was the only place that would take immediate walk-in during this pandemic. Its a good thing too because they did an x-ray on site and told me he had 2-3 damaged disc joints. They gave me options for treatment and I chose on-site laser treatments and at-home medication for pain and inflammation. My chiweenie started showing signs of improvement right away and the pain management treatment was working wonders for his progress. At my next appointment, the technician was super helpful in answering questions about the laser treatment and providing materials on the details and type of laser treatment being administered to my chiweenie. The tech went out of her way to print off materials since there wasn't any on hand. That's excellent customer service if you ask me! I am so relieved to receive such great assistance and health-care for my furbaby.

I was very upset with this place. Right up front is was a $125 office fee, no exam, nothing. Just a fee, for us to be able to walk in there door. After waiting for close to an hour, they finally brought my dog in the door, and the tech kept interrupting, while I was trying to explain the symptoms, she wanted to talk about price.. I couldn't afford it.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Been going there for years. Most experiences have been good. They have many clients and they are alittle expensive but I trust them with my babies.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated today. I had an appointment and sat in my car with my two dogs - one that has a really bad cough and then gags which I have had to sit and watch for over a week now - only to finally call the front desk an hour later to be rudely told the Dr had been in surgery all afternoon. Now, I understand things happen, but why was I not told this upon arrival and why was I left sitting in the parking lot for an hour past my pets appointment time without anyone having enough courtesy to pick up the phone and say we are running behind! A simple phone call would have been appreciated!! I would probably still be sitting in the parking lot if I had not called. I have spent a lot of money at this Vet Center recently only to be made felt like I and my pets didn’t matter. I waited my turn and waited for an appointment!! How disrespectful, unprofessional and inconsiderate! The sad part is, my pets are still suffering and sick.nnResponse to Owners ResponsennI am not here for a debate, however, I do intend to set the record straight!!n1) I was NOT advised upon check in/arrival that there were any kind of delays in appointments due to surgeries that had been done, were being done or getting ready to be done! Not sure where you got that information from, but you really might want to look into that!!n2) I was given a specific date and time to have my pets at your facility of which I did per your Staff which in doing so would mean an appointment. NOT working my pets in between appointments.n3) You are correct that I was there with both of my pets the prior week and was scheduled to see you, the owner, but was told you were in Quarantine due to COVID.n4) The “other Vet” was wanting to run the SAME tests you, the owner, had ran just weeks prior AND also have another X-ray done on one of my pets that I have had at your facility for treatment since Oct 1,2020 stating there had never been an X-ray done prior to Nov 24th visit!! SOMETHING THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR, but it’s nowhere to be found. So, was the X-ray really done or was that a fraudulent charge?? Since pet owners are not allowed in with their pets, we have no idea what is really being done behind closed doors.n5) I have paid you over $1000.00 for services for my pet of which is still having the same problem now that he had when I first brought him for treatment on Oct 1, 2020.nnIn my opinion, you could care less how my 2 fur babies are. If you did, I would have gotten a phone call to bring them back for treatment. Instead you reply to reviews making apologetic comments but still refusing to take responsibility for the way pet owners and their pets have been treated at YOUR facility! If you don’t want to hear the truth, then maybe you should get a website that doesn’t allow reviews!!nnOne last thing.... If you can’t produce the X-rays I was charged for by your facility, I will be expecting a refund!!nnAny future comments can be done in person or over the phone. Call me when you have my refund for those X-rays ready!!nnHave a great day ud83dude0a
