The person who answered the phone was only concerned about how more he could charge me despite the fact that the order was fully paid for using Teleflora.com with a rush delivery by 1 p.m ( rush charges extra )nnPaying above what was charged online was not an issue at all, I understand times are tough for everyone. However, the person wasn’t even concerned about the fact that the delivery was supposed to be for 1 p.m, wouldn’t even let me complete my sentence to ask him the details of my order or any such courtesy before slamming the phone down.nnUnprofessional, discourteous, rude! I absolutely do not recommend ever shopping at this place to anyone, unless, you like being insulted and your special occasions don’t mean much to you, they obviously don’t to this business.

The one time I had the privilege of seeing a flower arrangement from this company was at my father-in-law's funeral. All I can say is the purchaser of the arrangement did NOT get their money's worth. The roses in the arrangement did not look fresh and alive and withered the very next day the chrysanthemums withered shortly after....not even a full week. (See Photo....[click] photo [then click] latest .... the photo with the withered white flowers....this photo was taken one week after funeral.
