We have a three-year-old bichon and a 10-month-old rescue cat. Everyone at Spicewood vet clinic has been incredible to work with. If you call after hours, they are very responsive and helpful. The staff is always kind and attentive and loving.I always appreciate the friendly reminders when it is time to vaccinate our pets as well as making sure they are up-to-date on all their preventative regimens. We are so fortunate to have the caliber of staff Spicewood vet clinic offers. You can trust them with your furry family members!
Excellent service and excellent vets. I feel that they truly treat each pet and owner as individuals and know their needs. This is no cookie cutter vet service-and they do their best for the animals. Very personable service.
We were lucky enough to get referred to Dr. Bennett 6 years ago! Hands down the best vet around and amazing staff! They have treated three of our fur babies through the years. We had a mastiff mix (he crossed over the rainbow a few years back), we currently have a Shiloh Shepard and a King Charles cavalier. They are always on top of everything ensuring the best possible care and options for our pups. We have and have had in the past medical issues with our dogs, they really do give them the best of care! Thank you Spicewood Vet clinic for all you have done for us! :)
The reviews don't lie. I became a client here when my previous vet off 620 completely botched an appointment and messed up the date of my dog's much-needed surgery. In a pinch, I saw a ton of referrals for Spicewood Vet Clinic on my neighborhood's Facebook page and decided to book an appointment.nnThe office staff is awesome and incredibly helpful. They were able to transfer my dog's prescriptions and medical history with ease. They answer the phone promptly and are always incredibly friendly. Dr. Bennett is seriously a lifesaver. He comes out to talk about your pet's care and he even called me twice to talk through my pet's recovery when I didn't answer the first time. He and his office were incredibly thoughtful and empathetic when it came to my dog's recovery.nnI would highly, highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Bennett!!
Had an issue with my Rottweiler on the weekend. She was in obvious pain in her right hind leg. Decided to call and left a message in hopes of a return call. Received one and was recommended to take her to our home vet whenever we got to our home town after the weekend. Gentleman was kind enough to give us some real world advise and wasn’t looking out to just make money on anyone. Would definitely trust them for future situations.
