We love Lago Vista Animal Clinic. Dr Williams and staff are not only professional, but also friendly and caring. We would trust no other vet when it comes to our fur babies care.
Very friendly and helpful. They are always able to provide quality care to our day and take to time to explain why and what they are doing.
We recently moved to Lago Vista. We wanted to get our pets established with a new vet. We had our previous vet email both dog’s records. I spoke to a woman at the clinic about the records. She stated they did not have them. I said the vet had sent them via email like they requested. She replied, “oh we get too many emails, I don’t know what happened”. What happened was I decided I didn’t need a practice with poor attitude toward my pets care. Attitude can make or break a business, and poor, seemingly non caring attitude is what was conveyed. I promptly called another vet, and they were pleasant and very willing to assist us.
Our Pekingese-Pug brother & sister doggies love Cindy @ Lago Vet Animal Hospital like she’s their own people. They love her!!!! Thank you Lago Vista Animal Clinic for being out here for us Lago Vistians!!!!
I want to give a big thank you to this team!! We had to make a hard decision in letting our four legged friend go. I appreciate how they handled the whole process, especially with what is going on with COVID-19. They were very professional in taking all the precautions that needed to be done in protecting my son and I throughout this process. They were very kind and caring the whole time we spent, say goodbye to our four legged family member. I appreciate Dr. Tunison and her assistant for all that they did!! Thank you so much!!!
