Nothing but great experiences every time we visit. All three of our dogs are seen by the doctors here, so we visit a lot! The doctors are so caring and they really take their time with their clients. Their front desk staff and vet techs are top notch, as well. Really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also offer boarding and grooming which is very convenient. We love NW Animal Hospital!
We have been bringing our 8 year old English Bulldog to NW since she was 6 weeks old. They have never failed us. They are always friendly, thorough and spot on with their recommendations. I’ve never seen a dog love to go to the vet, but mine can’t wait to get in the door. There isn’t any better sign than that.
We have been using Northwest Animal Hospital for close to two decades. Given that, they have been an integral part of our pets' lives from puppy and kitten stages to the heartbreaking inevitable. The staff is always professional, competent and compassionate. Our pets are in the best of hands when in their care.
Followed Dr. Shipp from Dallas to Grapevine for my first year living here. She is thorough, compassionate and keeps you updated on everything. Definitely worth traveling to see her. The office staff and the vet techs have also been a pleasure to deal with.
