Dr Frank was amazing! She gave me all possible treatment options and also had a great compassionate delivery. I felt my beloved dog was in the best of hands. The options were all explained well and I wasn't rushed. Very loving Dr and staff!
The staff is very capable and so compassionate. We want skill above all else. However, having people that took the time to let you know how much they care is so appreciated. Many pets are beloved family members. They cannot talk. They cannot tell you what hurts. It is scary and such an unfamiliar place. Having the people who take care of your pet be compassionate and show concern is so helpful. Listing one thing most appreciated is hard, here are three... skill, communication, and compassion.
The surgery staff was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions, provided clear instructions for post-surgery care, and did a wonderful job on the incision. They provided clear communication and quality care, and they have an obvious passion for taking care of animals
Great team starting from the first phone call to walking Wilson to my car after he spent three nights with you. Your techs and doctors are kind and friendly and have great dog side manners. Your knowledge of Wilson's condition was awesome and I hope this procedure will extent his live in human years too.
Everyone is so nice. Wish I could have met them. Only pets are allowed in. Took great care of my 13 year old Boxer.
