This place is not good enough for the money you spend on your pet. Better to take your pet to some other hospitals than to this one. You have to wait 6-7 hours to pick up your pet even if you have an appointment. I am pretty sure they don not feed them when they are in there. If that is how it works there is no point of taking an appointment.

They are completely incompetent. I had a free check up coupon i wanted to put to use so i made an appointment with them for my dog to get a scab on his skin checked out. I informed them via email and in person that he already was up to date on his vaccines and thats not why we were there. They gave him 2 vaccine he did not need anyways without asking me first and then tried to charge me for them. Needless to say, i did not pay them for this. You cannot force me to pay for something when i told you i didnt want or need it. They are trying to get as much money as possible from their patients. Look elsewhere for a vet.

My girlfriend and I have been taking care of a stray cat outside and today we noticed he has an overgrown nail that’s been digging into his skin because it’s so long as has wrapped around. We called here a moment ago since they’re one of few places open today, and we get told that the doctor working right now is “older and not comfortable with cutting or sutures.” My girlfriend immediately said never mind and hung up. WHY IN THE HELL IS HE EVEN A CERTIFIED VET THEN? That’s absurd. We will be going somewhere more competent.

Was able to make a last minute appointment on a Saturday despite my kitten never having gone there and despite being so busy they still took him in. The vets care so much about being able to help every animal and really take the time to educate you. My kitten wouldn't have made it without their help. No other non emergency vet was willing to help.
