I Quickly Realized that This VETENERIAN Does Not Care About Animals. Over Priced, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...
If you enjoy spending long periods of time on the phone on hold (not once... multiple times) before speaking to a person who is not very helpful... Then this is the place for you. It's hard to believe they are in business.
We had such a great experience with Dr. Peterein and staff when our Maltipoo was injured a few years ago. So we brought our senior cat in because we know Dr. Peterein is knowledged and truly cares about our pets. I love that I always learn something new when I bring my pets in to see her and her staff. I will not trust anyone else with my furry guys. She is truly the best around!
My first time coming and it was so nice! Going during this covid season had me worried however, the process was so smooth and organized! The technician that took my dog explained everything before and after the appointment which made everything easy. Totally recommend this place!
